Dr Ashwin Porwal graduated from B.J. Medical College, Pune and completed DNB in General Surgery from Poona Hospital and Research Center. He has undergone a certified training in Advanced Laparoscopy, Bariatric Surgery from Genoa Medical School, Italy and Wound Management from Madeleine Flangan University of Hertfordshire, U.K. Dr. Porwal also holds a Diploma in Laparoscopic Surgery from EITS – IRCAD, Strasbourg University, France. He has the privilege of having obtained training in Proctology (especially in Constipation & Piles surgery) from the world renowned Colo-Procto Surgeon Dr. Antonio Longo at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Austria.
To Dr. Porwal’s credit, is the first STARR (Stapled Transanal Rectal Resection) surgery for ODS a form of Chronic Constipation in Maharashtra. He has performed the maximum number of STARR procedures and MIPH (Minimally Invasive Procedure for Hemorrhoids) surgeries for Piles in the state. In 2011, he presented a paper on MIPH and STARR Surgery at the World Congress on Coloproctology in Rome. This year in February, Dr Porwal has achieved a significant milestone of successfully treating more than 2000 Piles patients with the MIPH (Stapler Surgery) procedure & more than 3000 Piles Patients with medicines, which speaks greatly of the care and cure provided by him and his team at Healing Hands Clinic. This milestone is appreciatively dubbed by his team and patients as “5000 Stories of Piles to Smiles”

Recently in Feb 2013, He has performed the First Pelvic Organ Prolapse Suspension Surgery (P.O.P.S.) for Pelvic Organ Prolapse in INDIA.

Dr Paresh Gandhi graduated from N.D.M.V.P.S Medical College, Nasik and completed post graduation in General Surgery from K.E.M Hospital, Pune and received fellowship in General Surgery from College of Physicians and Surgeons in Mumbai. He has undergone certified training in Wound Management from the Madeleine Flangan University of Herfordshire, U.K and Laparoscopic Hernia at K.E.M Hospital, Pune Dr Gandhi also holds a certified training at Abdominal wall reconstruction and Hernia Repair from the renowned Dr. Eduardo Parra- Davila from Florida Hospital, Suite. He is currently performing large number of Three Dimentional mesh repair for hernia in Pune. His speciality is repair of obstructed and recurrent hernia. He is expert in hernia surgery without stitches.

Dr. Manisha has done her graduation in Ayurveda from MUHS, Nasik and Post Graduation Diploma in Clinical Research from Catalyst Clinical Research Services, Delhi. She has also pursued her M.B.A from NIBM, Chennai.
She has worked as a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator in over 25 trials ranging from Phase I to Phase IV trials related to Oncology, Cardiology, Medicine and Surgery. She has faced eight Audits and none of the audits has uncovered any major findings. She has also worked as a Clinical Assistant at Healing Hands Clinic especially for female patients.
Currently she is The Director at Healing Hands Clinical Research Services (HHCRS) and involved with internal monitoring and quality management of Dr. Ashwin Porwal’s trials. Her Professional traits include integrity, commitment and a strong work ethic.

Ms. Dhanashree has graduated from S.N.D.T University and done her Post Graduation in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has undergone a certified course of handling, counseling and consulting I.C.U and other patients at Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune and Diabetic patients from the K.E.M Diabetic Research Unit. Also undergone a certified course of handling Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit patients for Diet, Pregnancy and Lactation Diet Counselling. Has worked with couple of communities in rural areas for understanding the dietary habits of those people. Has done a certified project with C.A.S.P for understanding the anemic status of teenagers of a specific rural area. Currently working as a Lead Clinical Nutritionist at Healing Hands Clinic for spreading awareness of diet and prevention for Lifestyle Diseases i.e Obesity, Hypertension, Diabetes in the Mass as well as the Corporate sector. Her specialties include counseling patients suffering from Piles, Constipation and ODS (Obstructive Defecation Syndrome)

Dr Sayali has done her graduation in HOMOEOPATHY .i. BHMS from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed university Homoeopathic Medical college and Post Graduation Diploma in Emergency Medical Services from Ruby Hall Clinic. She has worked as an assistant doctor in well known multispeciality hospital and assisted many surgeries.
Dr sayali currently working as an consultant doctor Head of After care Team especially for women patients. She plays pivotal role in pre and postop patients follow ups and care. she also prforms innovative MRI Defecography test diagnostics test for constipation

Dr. Anand has done his BAMS and Post Graduation Diploma in Clinical Research. He has got 15years clinical experience in anorectal diseases and 2years of experience in Clinical reseach. He has arranged many yoga camps, awareness lecture in health care.

Mr. Pankaj Jain, working as a PRO, is responsible for maintaining harmonious relationship between doctors. He also looks after various online promotion campaigns at HHC.
