In circumcision, the skin that covers the tip of the penis is surgically removed. The practise of circumcision has a long history, and its roots are in religious rituals. Nowadays, many parents circumcise their sons for religious or other reasons. It might have to do with personal cleanliness, family custom, or preventive healthcare. In some cases, such as when the foreskin is too tight to be drawn back (retracted) over the glans, circumcision is medically necessary. In some situations, such as in some regions of Africa, circumcision is advised for older boys or men to lower the risk of certain infections that can be transferred sexually.
If circumcision is not treated, other issues may arise. It will cause discomfort such as pain, swelling, and soreness.
A disposable circumcision anastomotic tool of newer generation is the circumcision stapler. It was just made available in India and is based on an enhanced circumcision method.
The stapler method of circumcision is very easy and secure. Local anaesthesia is administered after the region is cleaned. Sometimes all that is needed is a local anaesthetic spray. The glans penis is covered with the plastic tube throughout the surgery to secure it. Pulling the additional foreskin over the plastic tube. The anastomat is then placed over the foreskin on the plastic tube, strangulating it in a 360-degree circular motion. Because the nerve supply is cut off, there is no bleeding and no feeling of pain. Making a clean cut on the tube above the anastomat allows the superfluous foreskin to be removed.

Yes, it compresses the additional foreskin (prepuce) in a 360-degree circle, and it is almost bloodless. All the blood arteries, including tiny blood capillaries, become blocked because of this compressive impact. There is therefore no possibility of bleeding both during and after the procedure.
The nerve supply that carries sensations from the body to the brain is stopped by a 360-degree compression. As a result, postoperative discomfort is minimal.
Getting sutures is essentially done to stop any internal bleeding. This technique compresses the excess foreskin using a gadget (prepuce). The process is bloodless as a result of this compression. As a result, we are no longer in need of stitches.
It is a closed wound method (not open to atmosphere) since the device stays in place for a predetermined amount of time, keeping the bacteria from entering your bloodstream. There are hence almost no chances of infection. Other techniques leave the wound exposed to the air, allowing bacteria to get into your bloodstream and potentially infect you.
ABSOLUTELY NONE! ONE PATIENT, ONE DEVICE.We use a new device for everybody because it is disposable. This makes sure there are no opportunities for latrogenic (procedure-induced) infections to spread.
It's almost SCARLESS! The anastomat strangles the additional foreskin in 360 degrees, causing the squeezed foreskin to be removed normally without cuts or stitches, leading to outcomes that are scar-free.
There is absolutely NO DRESSING! There is no need for a dressing because the treatment is non-bloody, closed (not exposed to the atmosphere), and involves no stitches.
Since there is no dressing in this operation due to the anastomat, only one follow-up visit is necessary to remove the anastomat.
Any age can have circumcision surgery because this device comes in a variety of sizes.
