An anal fissure or fissure-in-ano is a tear or cut in the skin of the anal canal. The condition, which can emerge at any age, affects both men and women equally ( infants too ). Anal fissures are frequently found along the buttock cleft in the back of your anus.
Fissures that have been persistent for less than six weeks are considered acute. Any fissure older than six weeks is considered a chronic fissure. It can be challenging to feel the Sentinel Pile, which mimics a skin tag and may exist in the Chronic fissure.
Medication - Medications are frequently used to treat acute fissures (those that are younger than 6 weeks). Even Chronic fissures go through a trial run of patient care. The aim of the therapy is to stop the cycle of anal sphincter spasms and anal skin tears.

Botox is an injectable medication that is used to smooth out lines on the face and minimize wrinkles. A naturally occurring protein called botulinum toxin, also referred to as botox, controls muscular action by preventing impulses from moving back and forth between nerve cells. This can result in muscle weakness when it is injected and soft, young faces.
