WHAT ARE PILES?

Piles are also known as Hemorrhoids or Bawasir locally. It is swollen and enlarged veins and vessels in the rectum and the anal region carrying dilated blood capillaries in and around the rectum and the anus which is a consequence of a risen stress in the anus composing the veins to be wider and engorged with more blood than normal resulting in overlying tissue and swelling inducing piles.
