WHAT ARE PILES?

Piles, also commonly known as Hemorrhoids and regionally known as bawasir are a swollen veins in the the anal area which carries inflamed blood in and around the rectum which is a result of a risen stress and pressure in the anal area which comprises of the veins which get swollen with more than usual blood flow resulting in swelling leading to haemorrhoids / piles.
