Dr. Jatin Goyal is a dedicated and accomplished general and laparoscopic surgeon with a strong academic foundation and extensive clinical experience. He completed his MBBS in 2012 from Gian Sagar Medical College & Hospital, Banur (BFUHS), followed by a Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery from Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana in 2019. To further refine his skills in minimally invasive techniques, he pursued a Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS) from the World Laparoscopy Hospital, Gurugram in 2022 and a Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery (FALS) from Max Hospital, Saket, New Delhi under the aegis of IAGES in 2023.
Professionally, Dr. Goyal began his surgical career as a Senior Resident at ESIC Model Hospital, Ludhiana, where he served from 2020 to 2022. He then worked as a Consultant in General and Minimal Access Surgery at Park Hospital, Patiala from November 2022 to November 2023. Subsequently, he joined Pristyn Care, contributing his expertise in Ludhiana and Chandigarh from November 2023 to May 2024. He is currently practicing at AYKAI Hospital, Ludhiana, as a Consultant in Laparoscopic and General Surgery since March 2024.
His areas of specialization include laparoscopic ventral hernia repair (LVHR), gastrointestinal minimal access surgery, and laser-based anorectal procedures. Dr. Goyal is a committed member of leading surgical associations such as the Association of Surgeons of India (ASI) and the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endosurgeons (IAGES). Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, he brings not only technical excellence but also strong communication skills to his patient interactions.
